‘I want to punch him in his head’ – Maggie Haberman –

July 4, 2011

Senate President Stephen Sweeney went to bed furious Thursday night after reviewing the governor’s line-item veto of the state budget. He woke up Friday morning even angrier. “This is all about him being a bully and a punk,” he said in an interview Friday. “I wanted to punch him in his head.”

Remember those calls of “civility” from the left after the Tucson shootings? You know, where they claimed that every other word or symbol was a hidden call for the murder of innocents…

Yeah… me neither….

Funny. If a conservative says anything even remotely like that, the Marxists on the left scream like they just got bamboo splinters hammered under their fingernails.

Pat, you really need to pull back from your “If you are left of me you are a Marxist” idiocy. It is not only tiresome, it shows your unhingedness (word?)…

Ah, so vinegar it is. What is really tiresome is your lack of applied common sense (at least as understood in this universe) to practical problems and issues that we face in this country and around the world. So, if I’m ‘unhinged,’ I guess that would make you closed-mined.

Want to spend more time demonstrating your ‘mastery’ of the issues, and waste less time flinging insults to cover up the lack of said mastery? The choice is yours.
